He has managed over four dozen hospital diagnostics with a focus on operational improvement and cost savings. Ned’s clients have included State Health Departments, major hospital systems (public and private), and key suppliers such as Novartis, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, as well as several large Healthcare Distributors.

Ned has been a featured speaker at over 75 Regional, State, National and International Conferences on Health Cost/Operations Management and Strategic Planning in AUS, NZ, Hong Kong, Japan, Sweden and North America.
